Positive intelligence (PQ): Fitness for the Mind

Mind chatter defines the barrage of thoughts we face each day. Some of these thoughts can serve us, some can sabotage us. Where we choose to focus our attention has significant implications for both performance and happiness.
Positive Intelligence: Fitness for the Mind
The capacity to respond to work/life pressures with a positive rather than negative mindset requires a Mental Fitness Routine, much like a physical fitness routine, to heighten Positive Intelligence (PQ). PQ measures the percentage of time that your brain is working positively (serving you) versus negatively (sabotaging you).

PQ is based on groundbreaking research by Shirzad Chamine, Stanford Lecturer and author of New York Times Bestseller, Positive Intelligence. His work integrates Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Psychology and Performance Science to help individuals and teams achieve their full potential and achieve the following outcomes:
