Before joining Lauber, Suzanne served as Vice President at Goodwill of Southeastern Wisconsin, where she led Goodwill TalentBridge—a full-service staffing and recruiting firm providing talent acquisition solutions to organizations across industry sectors. A founding member of the TalentBridge startup team, she helped grow the enterprise, develop the team, expand offerings, and create organizational impact.
