Bev Rogge

Bev Rogge joined Lauber in 2002 and serves as the Office Manager of the firm. She had decades of experience working in Accounting and HR for health systems and insurance companies prior to joining Lauber Business Partners, Inc. Today, Bev handles all of the day to day finance and accounting for Lauber Business Partners as well and our New Hire set up, orientation and benefit administration. Bev and her husband Jim also own two family businesses for which she handles the financial management. As a small business owner, Bev has an appreciation for the challenges that many of our clients face. Her attention to detail and tremendous work ethic are assets to both our clients and our employees.
