Prospective candidates are subjected to a rigorous assessment process based on a combination of skills profiling, behavioral interviews, DISC profiling, and multi-tiered reference checking. As we submit candidates, we provide our clients with customized interview tools which help them to differentiate between applicants and to clarify their preferences. A Lauber Search Partner will actively support a client throughout the search process until an offer is accepted.

  • Develop a detailed ‘Litmus’ for the position
Proactive Search Process
  • Develop a pool of candidates
  • Grade candidates against the ‘Litmus’ to limit the pool
  • Screen all candidates for a technical and cultural match
  • Perform a reference check of appropriate candidates
  • Conduct background checks of appropriate candidates
  • Conduct DISC behavioral profile to assure cultural fit
Help with the Decision-Making Process
  • Assist in developing interview questions
  • Sell the merits of your company from the perspective of and independent third party
  • Submit a slate of candidates for interviewing
  • Coordinate interview scheduling
Final Selection and Onboarding
  • Debrief and rank candidates and determine the next steps
  • Coordinate the offer and acceptance process
  • Guarantee period (if the placed candidate leaves during this period, Lauber will conduct a replacement search for no additional fee)
