Emily ClintonEmily joined Lauber in 2020 after earning a double major in business and communications from Cardinal Stritch University and receiving the Outstanding Undergraduate Student Award. She now leads efforts to enhance the client and employee experience across all touchpoints. Emily supports nonprofit client engagements from start to finish, working closely with clients and the internal LCP team. Internally, she gathers feedback, streamlines processes, and implements strategies to boost satisfaction, engagement, and brand consistency. Holding a CAPM certification, along with credentials in Training & Facilitation and The Six Types of Working Genius, she brings a unique and well-rounded skill set to her role.
