Julie ToLan
"Getting leadership right is everything - and for many businesses, the hardest thing. I have a passion for leading and for building high performing teams, which is why joining my husband, Mark Wiesman in leading Lauber Business Partners, Inc. was an easy decision. My career to this point has been in non-profit management and leadership, and I know firsthand how critical it is to have the right leaders in the right jobs to ensure success and to create a winning culture."
Prior to acquiring the Lauber Firm, Tolan was the CEO of the Milwaukee YMCA , taking the now 159 year old organization successfully through a chapter 11 restructuring. Julie also spent 20 years at Marquette University, most recently as Vice President of University Advancement and was the President of the United Performing Arts Fund. She was part of the volunteer leadership team that orchestrated the successful merger between The University Club of Milwaukee and Tripoli Country Club. Julie has been recognized for her strategic vision, team building, creative problem solving and her strong network of community relationships. The opportunity to build upon Lauber CFOs highly regarded success and to leverage her experience and skills for further growth, are a big part of Julie’s motivation to partner with Mark in this venture going forward. |
