Katie Hofman
Katie brings over 20 years of senior development leadership experience in the non-profit sector, as well as legal acumen, to the team at Lauber Community Partners. Her expertise includes strategically planning and implementing all stages of the philanthropic gift cycle; securing annual, major, principal, and planned gifts through donor-centered outreach, outcomes, and collaborative partnerships; creating and editing customized proposals, reports, grants, and marketing materials; and developing and providing internal development training and tools for colleagues, board members, and volunteers.
Katie's career has included leadership roles on several successful multi-year, multimillion-dollar campaigns in the fine arts and higher education sectors.
