Ken comes to Lauber with over 15 years of experience in business development and human resources consulting. His experience focuses on delivering solutions and outcomes that reduce risk and increase profitability. He has worked for two of the Midwest’s largest outsourced human resources firms (EmPowerHR and Tandem HR).  Ken feels that to help our customers achieve their business goals, we not only focus on delivering the solutions needed to solve business challenges, but we also focus on the guidance customers need to successfully succeed & adopt. He resides in Milwaukee with his wife, daughter, a cat & dog, and is an avid bad golfer.
