Kim Lyden
Kim comes with 15 years of experience in the professional staffing and recruiting industry. She began her career with a Technical Services firm where she recruited for Engineering, Sales, HR and various technical positions throughout WI for a variety of manufacturing clients. She also spent 7 years with another recruiting firm working for several large clients on long-term Recruiting Process Insourcing (RPI) assignments.
She has a passion for sourcing and engaging passive candidates and guiding them through the process. She also is excellent at building and managing relationships with Hiring Managers and HR Business partners. She demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, attentive employee engagement and follow up, enthusiasm and personal care. |
